专利说明:

The invention relates to a dispensing system comprising a dispenser for portions to be severed of a web wound into a roll, in particular paper dispensers, and having at least one web wound into a roll having an axially projecting journal, the dispenser being provided with a guideway for the journal; in which a releasable lock is provided.
Dispensers for wound to roll webs are known in a variety of designs. The material webs are predominantly papers, in particular sanitary or hygiene papers, household papers, etc., but also plastic or metal foils. The dispensers preferably have two opposite side walls, in which guideways are provided by an insertion point at least up to a dispensing position. But there are also donors with only one guideway, which is at the back. A new roller is inserted at the insertion site and then generally slips downward into the dispensing position under the influence of gravity. Both the dispensing position and optionally provided on the way there intermediate positions may be determined by pivotally mounted lever on which the removable from the guideway blocking element is arranged. The suspension of each suspension is subject to various criteria, in particular the exhaustion of the material. Examples of this are shown in FIGS. 16 to 20 of the applicant's WO 2008/014528.
If the insertion of false rolls is to be avoided, for example, EP 1927308 proposes deviating the ends of at least one bearing journal from a cylindrical shape and adapting the guideway or at least its insertion point, whereby only matingly fitting parts can be used. This is also called coding.
The invention has now set itself the task of providing a simple type of coding to avoid the insertion of false roles in a donor, and suggests for this purpose that the guideway is opened by the action of a magnetic force.
In this way, only refills capable of magnetically overcoming a barrier can be used, while false rolls can not be used. If the barrier in the guideway comprises a blocking element, a magnetic or magnetizable area is preferably provided on the blocking element of the dispenser and on the bearing journal of the roller.
In particular, the region of the blocking element is formed by a permanent magnet arranged on a pivotably mounted lever and the region of the roll is formed by an iron insert in the bearing journal.
This is the cheapest version of the dispensing system according to the invention, since the iron insert in the journal can be of any kind.
But alternatives are also possible, d. H. it may be provided the locking element has a magnetizable region, for example in the form of an iron insert, and the bearing pin on the roller with a permanent magnet. Furthermore, embodiments are also conceivable in which both the blocking element and the bearing journal are each provided with a permanent campaigns, wherein the two magnets may be the same or different polarity.
If the dispenser has two opposing guideways, they may have the same or different cross sections. With different cross sections and the opposite bearing journals are different, so that the refills can only be used in the correct position. The magnetic barrier may be formed in one or both guideways. Only a magnetic barrier and similar cross sections of both guideways can be used if both bearing journals of the roller are provided with a magnetic or magnetizable area.
A replenisher which can be used in the dispensing system according to the invention preferably has a support rod which is provided with bearing journals protruding axially from the roller on both sides, wherein an iron insert in the form of a pin is provided at least in one of the two bearing journals. The pin is arranged in particular in an axial opening of the journal, for example, pressed, but can also be incorporated during the production of the support rod, especially if it is injection molded from plastic.
Hereinafter, the invention will be described in more detail with reference to the figures of the accompanying drawing, without being limited thereto.
Show it:
1 is a schematic view of a dispenser with inserted role,
2 and 3, a first embodiment of the magnetic openable barrier in closed and open position,
4 and 5 show a second embodiment of the magnetic openable barrier in the closed and open positions, and
Fig. 6 shows the representation of Fig. 4 with a wrong role.
Rolls 10 wound material webs 15, in particular of household or sanitary paper, generally require, since they are cut by a strand, frontally projecting bearing pin 12 to use after opening a lid 2 in guideways 4 of a dispenser 1 (Figure 1) and There to store rotatable in a dispensing position. The bearing pins 12 are preferably provided at the ends of a support rod 11, but can also be provided on two inserted into a central opening of the roller 10 end caps.
In order to avoid the filling of the dispenser 1 with false rolls, at the beginning of at least one guideway 4, a barrier is formed which can only be released by the action of a magnetic force. If this magnetic force is not used, the barrier remains closed, as shown schematically in FIG.
In a preferred embodiment, in order to form a magnetically releasable barrier in the side wall 3 of the dispenser 1, a lever 5 pivotable about an axis 6 is provided, on which a magnetic area 8 comprises a permanent magnet, and a rest position (FIGS. 2, 4 and 6). in the guideway 4 projecting blocking element 7 carries.
Rollers 10, the axially projecting bearing pins 12 are provided without a magnetizable or magnetic portion 13, as shown in Figure 6, do not cause the pivoting of the lever 5, and thus are not used in the dispenser. Such bearing pins 12 rest on the blocking element 7 of the lever 5 which remains stationary.
However, if a roller 10 is used, whose bearing journal 12 has a magnetic or magnetizable region 13, the lever 5 is swung out in cooperation with the region 8 of the blocking element 7 by a magnetic force and the guide track 4 is released.
Two examples are shown: in FIGS. 2 and 3, the magnetic region 8 of the blocking element 7 is formed by a permanent magnet, and the bearing journal 12 is provided with a soft iron insert such as a leaflet, pin or the like. The permanent magnet is provided above the pivot axis 6 of the lever 5, which follows the approach of the magnetizable bearing pin 12 to the drawn in Figure 2 arrow, whereby the locking element 7 pivots out of the guideway 4. Figure 3 shows the further movement of the journal 12 through the open guide track down. With release of the magnetic attraction then the lever 5 returns to the rest position of Figure 2.
If the second journal 12 is also provided with an iron insert at the other, not shown end of the support rod 11, the insertion of the roller 10 regardless of their orientation is possible and the magnetically releasable barrier is overcome in any case. Permanent magnet and iron insert can also be exchanged in FIGS. 2 and 3; if the support rod 11 can be used again or should.
If the journal 12 is provided with the permanent magnet, it is conceivable that in each case a lever 5 with a blocking element 7 is pivotable in both guideways 4, in which case the magnetisable iron insert is arranged in both blocking elements 7 and levers 5; the sequence of movements corresponds in each case to that shown in FIGS. 2 and 3.
4 and 5, another example is shown, in which both the area 8 on the locking lever 7 and the area 13 on the bearing pin 12 are provided with a permanent magnet, wherein the two magnets repel each other. When the bearing pin 12 comes close to the permanent magnet on the lever 5, it pivots. The guide track 4 is released (Figure 5), and the bearing pin 12 can happen.
